I’m Miss Tubb and I am the P.E lead at Gorringe Park Primary School. 

I am originally from South Africa which is a nation of sports. All through my school career I played a wide variety of sports from netball, hockey, football (or soccer as we knew it) and softball. These days I also enjoy recreational sports like hiking. Not only do I enjoy playing sports but watching sports too, rugby being my greatest passion. Over the last few years, I have been more inspired to watch football because of the success from the Lionesses. It is amazing to see more strong females on the sports field and it is our goal to have the next Lionesses come from Gorringe Park!

At Gorringe Park we endeavour to promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle to all our pupils and being active is a big factor in this. We are increasing our sporting opportunities so more children can participate in competitions and a range of sporting types. Watch this space to see what exciting things we get up to!
